We had a lovely time at Villas Delfines. Two concerns: 1. the hotel had us pay the total amount and I had thought that we would be paying the balance. This just made it a little confusing and as long as we are not charged twice we're fine with that, and 2. the restaurant for the most part served good food but the servers, although very pleasant, and appeared to be trying their best, spoke little English and were rather poorly trained. We loved our casita and everyone was very friendly. The transportation went off without a hitch with regards to the timing, however, when we went to pay our driver he said the hotel makes the payment, which was different from what you had communicated. The beach was sensational and it was so peaceful. I would go back but would probably take the breakfast plan and leave dinner flexible.

The people at Villas Delfines, Mexico were very nice and helpful and as they sadly had to tell us that the hotel was overbooked they found us another place to stay for the four nights.

Overbooking is obviously a problem that you should address for future bookings Well story short, we had requested a beach cabana as close to the beach as possible and none were available due to overbooking. They handled it by telling us that several agencies book rooms there and sometimes overbook, so basically saying it was your fault. Regardless, they drove us to another hotel for the night until they knew for sure what their availability would be like days to come with the option of us staying there instead, which we at first did not want to consider... After the first nights stay we went back to discuss with Villas Delfines, who could only promise us a garden cabana, and not a beachfront cabana as requested, so we declined and stayed at the other hotel for the remaining nights, which was nice, but not the environment we had anticipated.

Villas delfines was a very nice place to stay. Our garden casita was beautifull. Staff was very friendly, though in the restaurant they spoke little English. The beach was superb. The only thing less were the huge numbers of mosquitos at sunrise and sundown.
